

My name is Arnold Y. Charles. I am a Ph.D. Religious Studies student at Southern Methodist University.
I am committed to both the analytic tradition of Philosophy and Theology.
I intend to use this website to keep you up to date on my work and research interests.
My doctoral work lies at the intersection of Christian theology, natural theology, modal metaphysics, and the philosophy of time.
I am particularly interested in the classical theist’s framework of a timeless-eternal God, one that is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnibenevolent to the maximum extent metaphysically possible in every possible world. This interest extends into temporal ontology, modal realism/possiblism, knowledge of temporal events, and several other issues of key concern to both Christians and Diests.
I hope to incorporate recent advancements in philosophy of time, philosophy of science, physics, and cosmology into contemporary theological discussion.
